[sacredia_text_heading align=”2″ title=”Student Mission Trips”]
Mission trips by their very nature are cross-cultural experiences. Whether traveling to the inner city or to someplace more rural, the students are leaving the comforts of Northern Virginia to experience another culture. Mission trips are also an opportunity to serve God. Depending on the service opportunity students might serve food to the homeless, construct a wheelchair ramp for the disabled, repair a roof, or teach Bible School. Mission trips intentionally develop and deepen relationships between students, between students and leaders, and most importantly between students and God. Time for worship and devotions is a key component of the trip allowing students the space to experience God.
