Letter from the Coordinator

My name is Jonathan Fuller, and I coordinate the Wesley Fellows at Floris United Methodist Church. I am so glad you found our website and are interested in learning more about us!

In his letter to the Colossians, the Apostle Paul closes a section on how the church ought to live with this admonition: "Whatever you do, whether in speech or action, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus and give thanks to God the Father through him" (Colossians 3:17). God's church extends far past the walls of any building, and the Wesley Fellows program attempts to help recent college graduates learn how to serve God's church faithfully in all places, regardless of career path. We want to see a new generation of leaders rise up early in their professional careers to transform our world, and we seek to accomplish that dream through professional development, employment experience and investment in the Floris UMC and Wesley Fellows communities. As fellows begin this new life stage, we want them to start well professionally and personally and learn how their Christian faith influences all spheres of their lives.

I hope you find everything you're looking for on our website. Whether it's a program overview or the latest blog post, we've made every effort to make this information accessible to you. Of course, even with the best intentions we can miss some things. Feel free to contact us or find me on Facebook or Twitter if you have any additional questions about our program. We hope to hear from you soon!

Grace and peace,

Jonathan Fuller
