Safety Training
All Volunteers must read and be familiar with the Floris Child and Student Protection Policy and Procedures and must complete a Background Investigation Form. To complete the online training for this policy, we have developed a questionaire that will help to increase your knowledge of Floris' policy. Please take the time to review the policy and answer the short questionaire found at the end of this document, increasing your knowledge of the policy and fulfilling the requirement of volunteers to become familiar with it's content.
Please print and complete the Background Investigation Consent Form and submit to Donita Dickerson, Grow Ministries Administrative Assistant. This form is required every year from our volunteers.
